"I was in an accident and the court let me into a pretrial program that will forgive my ticket and not let it go to my record if I complete it. The last thing I need is a form from my insurance company verifying details of the accident. They refuse to fill out the form, and keep on bouncing me between departments saying they aren't authorized to fill it out. The form is only a page long and would only take 5 or 10 minutes to fill out. They filled it out once already but left out details and so it was rejected and now they don't want to correct it. I'm going to file a complaint with my state insurance commissioner today. I do NOT recommend this agency and retract my previous review."
